Ntebo NgcoboDr. Ngcobo holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. She is currently the Head of the Civil Engineering Technology Dept. at the University of Johannesburg and oversees several research activities within the dpartment. Her research interest cut across diverse areas in the built environment including maintenance of construction works.
