Noel FitzpatrickNoel Fitzpatrick is a world leading orthopaedic-neuro veterinary surgeon, known for his compassionate and innovative work treating companion animals. Among his many awards of recognition of his advanced procedures, Noel holds a place in the Guinness ook of Records as the first person to successfully apply a skeletally anchored amputation prosthesis to treat a cat who had lost both of their hind legs in an accident.
