Noboru Kobayashi

Prof. Noboru Kobayashi is Counsellor at Law, HIRATSUKA & Co. Tokyo and Professor Emeritus, Seikei University in Tokyo. He was Professor of Law, at the Faculty of Law, Seikei University. He studies and teaches commercial law, especially maritime law and insurance law. He taught Japanese commercial law at the Katholike Universiteit Leuven in 1992.
