Nicholas RandersNicholas Randers is an early pen name of horror author Nicholas Grabowsky (The Everborn, Halloween IV). He began writing this first novel in his high school math class, and when it was accepted for publishing by New York's Critic's Choice Paperbacks,he assumed at first that the name "Grabowsky" wouldn't go over well so he opened up an almanac, closed his eyes and placed a finger on a random page and his finger landed on the name "Randers," and that sounded better. It was supposed to be the name his follow-up novel, Halloween IV, would be under until the publisher insisted he use his real name. Grabowsky also utilized the Randers name for subsequent works including The Rag Man. Read More Read Less
