Nate Chatfield

Nate Chatfield is an award-winning coach with seventeen years of experience, spanning high school to NCAA Division 1 athletics. A certified emotional intelligence coach and John Maxwell Team leadership coach, he specializes in heping coaches build trust, enhance team culture, and develop athletes beyond the game. Nate holds a master’s degree in coaching and athletic administration and has dedicated his career to the intersection of leadership, psychology, and performance. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife and four daughters, where he continues to mentor coaches and athletes in developing winning mindsets both on and off the field.
