Nancy Ingrid HurdNancy Ingrid Hurd was born in Fairmont, WV. to a family of coal miners, with the exception of her father, who was head of the language dept. at Waynesburg University in Southwestern PA., where she was raised. After attending university, she married ad spent the next years raising her wonderful children. Although her career was in the holistic health field, she was influenced from a very early age by her mother, an avid reader and prolific and gifted writer.
