Nadine Nicholson is a Master Certified Coach and an Accredited Business Communicator with degrees in public relations and psychology. She's also an alumna of Harvard Business School, 100 Women to KNOW in America, and member of the Women PresidentsOrganization, a global network of female leaders of multi-million-dollar companies.
Nadine built her career believing hard work was the price of success. She led large teams, earned international recognition, advised top executives, and managed multi-million-dollar operations. From the outside, it looked like achievement. Inside, she was working seventy-hour weeks, missing time with her family, and sacrificing her personal well-being for business growth.
Then everything changed.
A moment of clarity forced her to confront a truth: Success without being present with the people and experiences that bring joy isn't success at all. She walked away from corporate leadership and chose to redefine how leadership and life could coexist.
