Nadia L Hohn
Nadia L. Hohn BA (Hon.), BEd, MEd, MFA is a Jamaican-Canadian award-winning author and educator who advocates for diversity in children's literature. She is the author of the Malaika series, A Likkle Miss Lou, GettingUs to Grandma's and Patty Dreams, and she is the editor and a contributor of The Antiracist Kitchen: 21 Stories (and Recipes). Nadia is an "artivist" who wants to make sure that all young people can see themselves in books, and she has delivered hundreds of presentations at schools, libraries, book stores and literary festivals around the world. She teaches elementary school and creative writing courses in Toronto, where she lives.
