N SwathiN. Swathi, M. Pharm., Ph.D., is working Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy, Hyderabad, Telangana. She has 20 years of teaching experience and taught Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, Medicial Chemistry, Instrumental Methods of Analysis, Computer-aided drug design, Modern Pharmaceutical Analytical Techniques, and Computer-aided drug development subjects for B. Pharmacy and M. Pharmacy students. Molecular modeling, synthesis and evaluation of glitazones and analytical method development were few of her research interests. She has guided twenty-four M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis) students for their dissertation work. She has twenty-nine research publications in peer reviewed national and international journals. She is a reviewer for Medicinal Chemistry Research, Springer. She has authored three books titled, Experimental Organic Medicinal Chemistry-Principles and Practice, Microwave Assisted Chemistry Experiments (Organic Synthesis, Chemical synthesis & extraction) and Computer aided drug development.
