Moshe AverbukhMoshe Averbukh (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the Mining Institute A. A. Skochinsky of Academy of Science (Former USSR). He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Ariel University, srael. He is also the Head of the Electrical Storage Systems and Appliances Laboratory. He has published more than 50 papers in reputed journals and conferences proceedings.
