Mohan acquired many years of consulting experience in global consulting firms in technology, change management, e-banding, culture and learning. He was a TC3 working member of the International Federation of Information Processing within UNESCO involved with evolving the best practice and research on ICT and education. He is published internationally on the knowledge economy, ICT, learning and transcendence. He examines the drivers that induce the diffusion and adoption of ICT globally and inducing high level insights in global strategic thinking. His model was well received at the World Summit of the Information Society in Geneva and was published internationally. He obtained a BSc. Honors degree in Psychology from Bolton University, an MBA from Maharishi International University (MIU) in the USA, an MA in Communication research from the University of Leicester, and a PhD in Learning Sciences and Organizational Behavior from the University of Iowa.
