Mohammad NomanMohammad Noman is an Assistant Professor at Wenzhou-Kean University, serving as the Director of the Department of Educational Leadership and Administration. With a PhD in Educational Leadership, his research focuses on two main areas: examining educaional leadership through a triadic lens (Leader, Followers, Context) and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) in higher education. His SoTL work mainly explores innovative pedagogical practices and assessment strategies, particularly in cross-cultural educational contexts. He has extensively researched active learning methodologies and student engagement in diverse classroom settings. His international career spans four countries: teaching at K-12 schools in India, working in both K-12 and higher education in Thailand and Malaysia, and contributing to higher education in China since 2020.
