Mohamed MoussaouiMohamed Moussaoui received his PhD in Telecommunication from the University of Valenciennes (UVHC), France, in 2005, and his HDR degree from the University of Abdelmalek Essaadi in 2016. From 2002 to 2004, he worked as a teaching research assistant a the University of Valenciennes, France. In 2007, he joined the ENSA of Tangier, Morocco, as a research professor. From 2011 to 2014, he served as the head of the Engineering GSTR Program at ENSA of Tangier. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the head of SIC Department at ENSA of Tangier. His extensive community service also demonstrates the international impact of his work as a reviewer/program committee member of more than 30 venues, including top-ranked journals/conferences. He has also served as an expert consultant to the Francophone University Agency, Middle Eastern Office.
