His legal scholarship focuses on the intersections between law, society, and equality, with an emphasis on property rights. He is a leding scholar on name, image, and likeness law, having published seminal law review articles with Harvard University, Stanford University, the University of Miami, Washington & Lee University, and the Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport.
