Mitch specializes in brand positioning, idea development, and social purpose. He is the author of The Imagination Playbook: for People, Brands, Issues, and Organizations, and teaches a graduate course (Te Brand Purpose Lab) at the American University of Paris. Mitch is the Creative Director in residence at The Sway Effect. He was the former global Chief Creative Officer at Edelman, the world's largest independent public relations agency, where he spent twenty-two years of his career. His clients at Ketchum, Edelman, Ogilvy, and Markson IdeaCraft have included Unilever, Microsoft, Hershey, NY Life Investments, Cranium, Arm & Hammer, the Swedish Trade Council, American Express, GE, Barilla, Ford, and Amenity Analytics. His current pro bono favorite is the Erase Indifference project, where Mitch serves as creative director and strategist.
