Prior to accepting the call to pastor, he served on the Prison Ministry Team; the Singles Ministry President and anadult Sunday school teacher. He is also a veteran in the US Army. He met and married Prophetess Tangia A. Pounds. Together, Pastors Mallard are blessed with 4 children, 7 grandchildren and a host of spiritual children.
