Mike SeidMike Seid has been a sometimes, once-in-a-while stand-up comic since he was twenty-five years old. Here and there, New York and Los Angeles, over the years and of course every day in his own head. Born in The Bronx in 1958 to Paul Newman and Joanne Wodward...no, actually he was born to Sam and Bertha Seid, he grew up in the shadow of Yankee Stadium. After migrating to Queens, aka "The Country" at the age of eight, his somewhat normal childhood consisted of eating Creamsicles and playing stickball. Adulthood eventually led to working for a Fortune 500 company, and living with his happy family. Now settled in Mountainside, NJ with his soon to be bride, Monique aka Uma to the kids and grandkids, Kara, Mel, Philip, Holden, Cole and Scarlett. Big Top (The Astonishing Tale of the Underground Circus) is Mike's third book.
