Mike MurpheyMike Murphey is a native of New Mexico and spent almost thirty years as an award-winning journalist in the Southwest and Pacific Northwest. He also freelanced for several magazines in both regions. Following his retirement, he entered into an eightee-year partnership with the late Dave Henderson, All-Star centerfielder for the Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox and Seattle Mariners, to produce the A's and Mariners adult Baseball Fantasy Camps, as well as other amateur baseball events throughout the country.
