Mike McGeeMike McGee was born with Spina Bifida in Fort Campbell, KY/TN, and grew up in San Jose, CA. He is 2003 National Poetry Slam Individual Grand Champion and the 2006 Individual World Poetry Slam Champion, the first person to attain both titles. A favorie performer to many schools around the U.S., he was one of the first American poets to perform at the University of Paris, La Sorbonne and at the Glastonbury music festival.
