Mihai LazarescuMihai T. Lazarescu (M’92) is an Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Torino (Italy), where he also received his Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications in 1998. His industrial experience includes working as a Senior Engineer at Cadence Design System and founding several startups. His research interests include the application of machine learning techniques to various domains, such as WSN/IoT platforms, ubiquitous environmental sensing, efficient embedded neural networks, indoor human localization, edge and leaf IoT data processing, and high-level HW/SW co-design and synthesis.
