Miguel BasurtoMiguel Basurto was born in Mexico in 1973. He received the B.S. degree in Electronics and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Veracruz in 1995, a Master of Sciences from Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica in 1997 and finally, a Ph.D. in 2001 in the same institution.
