Michelle BlesiMichelle Blesi, MA, CMA (AAMA), is a full-time faculty member and Program Director at Century Community and Technical College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Michelle has over 38 years of combined experience in the health care industry and education feld. The author of MEDICAL ASSISTING ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLINICAL COMPETENCIES textbook, co-author of THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATIONS FOR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS and SME on several other allied health titles and ancillary products, including MOSS and CTC 3.0, Michelle enjoys bringing her career experience into the classroom and making a difference in students' lives.
