Im excited to share a new 3rd edition of the First Time Home Buyer Book with important updates to today's market challenges for all buyers looking to purchase their first home. Writing these books for our clients and serving on multiple committees within the local San Diego Associations has been an important outlet to give back to the community, help the next wave of homebuyers and homeownership in this country, and usher in a fresh and positive perspective on the future of real estate.
