He is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and is licensed in Alabama andFlorida. Michael attended Case Western Reserve University where he received degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics and law school at the University of Florida. Michael is active in the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Florida Bar. The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) selected Michael as one of its members on the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC).
