Michael J. Vincent

Born in Suffolk in 1949, Michael J. Vincent has been a painter and writer throughout his life. He qualified as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner in 2005 – his lifelong interest in meditation culminated in a deepening understanding of Self Enquiry. His irst book on this ancient and profound Practice was completed in India and published in 2010; his second book was published in 2016. He has introduced this Practice to many groups and individuals over the years. Now retired, he lives in Woolavington near Glastonbury and spends his time writing, painting and meditating.
