Michael CeaserA native of the Marshalltown Terrace neighborhood in Gary, Indiana, Michael Ceaser is a retired Tractor/Trailer Mechanic-welder and shop manager. He attended Roosevelt High School and acquired most of his learning through personal and individual studes. He began his search for truth and greater understanding in the later 1970"s.
