Michael BartolacciMichael R. Bartolacci is a full professor of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University’s Berks Campus. He teaches courses in the areas of telecommunications and computer networking, systems integration, information secuity, and business information systems. He has a PhD in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in information systems from Lehigh University and a MBA from Lehigh University. He was formerly an elected member of the INFORMS Telecommunications Section’s governing board and sits on the editorial boards of several telecommunications journals.
