Over the past fifteen years, Melissa has built and backed ventures that use storytelling to advance justice, providing communications support and funding to founders and frontline leaders. She cofounded The Toolbox, a humanitarian platform with musician and activist Peter Gabriel, and launched Warrior Love Productions, an impact studio behind award-winning justice campaigns and documentaries on climate action and gender equity. She has lived and worked across the UK, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, covering entrepreneurship, frontier markets, and conflict zones. In 2025, she founded Climate Mic Drop, uniting artists, advocates, and policymakers to reimagine climate storytelling.
