MELISSA B. HOWELL used to be a pretty bad cook. In fact, she once thought it would be a good idea to cut up 10 pounds of onions all at once--It was not a good idea. Luckily, she learned from her mistakes, and now people think her cooking is quite antastic. In addition to developing ice cream recipes, she is also a professional photographer and has created her own online personality-based home organizing program. When she is not watching Asian dramas, you can find her in the kitchen whipping up something new and delicious (and making a huge mess!).
