Melissa Baker

Melissa Baker is a storyteller, counsellor, and follower of Jesus who writes from the quiet conviction that no life is too broken for redemption. With a heart for women who have lived through trauma, abuse, and shame, Melisa's writing weaves together truth, tenderness, and faith-pointing always to the God who heals, restores, and stays.

She believes stories carry light. That even fiction can become a form of testimony. And that through the power of words, we can remind each other that hope is not lost, and grace is never out of reach.

Melissa lives in Australia, where she spends her time writing, counselling, and encouraging others in their walk with Christ. Her greatest desire is that this book would not only move you-but draw you closer to the One who saves.

More than anything, Melissa longs to use her words to spread the Gospel-to whisper the name of Jesus into the places where silence, shame, and sorrow once lived.
