From the YWCA of Canada to CUSO, from The United Church of Canada to World Neighbors, Inc., Melanie's work has focused on changemanagement of agencies that have incredible missions to make a difference in the world. Her writing and coaching extend support to individuals as they realize their full potential, both personally and professionally. Melanie is a citizen of the world and has worked and traveled extensively in Africa, Asia, Central America, The Caribbean, North and South America and Europe. With a Canadian home in Renfrew, Ontario, Canada, she spends time routinely in Lexington, Kentucky and the rest of the year sailing in the Southern United States or camping in North America and Europe.
