McMichael CarlaCarla McMichael is appreciated amongst her peers as a jetsetter and globetrotter. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of California Santa Cruz and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California Hasting College of the Law, she worked in the private sector for many years before becoming a judge. Carla valiantly balances a gavel, motherhood of two, grandmother of three mentor and friend of many. With a keen eye for deciphering detail as a judicial officer, Carla discovered she could apply her sharp shooting skills behind the lens of a camera while on a Safari in Tanzania and Zanzibar Africa.
