Maury K DownsMaury Kelly Downs was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He has had a rewarding previous career working as a health care provider. Maury is an airline pilot, both transport and commercial, and he holds a type rating in the "Queen of the skies" Boeing 747 and the Airbus 320. His aviation experience includes working as a certified flight instructor, teaching people how to fly. Maury is also a critically acclaimed, award winning writer and film producer. He is president and CEO of Jewel Sky Publications & Productions. When he was a child, Maury loved telling imaginary stories to his friends and family for their entertainment.
