Matthew ArmstrongMATTHEW ARMSTRONG was born and raised in east Texas. He earned a civil engineering degree in college. He has worked designing roadways, subdivisions, water mains, storm sewers. He has also worked as a project coordinator and estimator for constructio projects such as subdivisions.
