Mary Friedman RyanMary Friedman Ryan received her MSc and PhD from Oxford University in human biology and medical anthropology. From 1991-1997, she researched the efficacy of Tibetan and Asian medical treatments in Dharamsala, India. Here, her collaborations with Dr. amling led to groundbreaking methodologies in efficacy research. During her post-doc research on the treatment of Tibetan refugees with mental health issues, Dr. Ryan was astounded by the effectiveness of Tibetan Medicine for anxiety.
