Mark Vincent WellsABOUT THE AUTHOR Mark has four decades of experience in private practice as a naturopath and counsellor in Melbourne, Australia, where prior to graduating in Naturopathy, he completed a Biological Science degree (majoring in Genetics and Zoology) at a Trobe Uni. He then worked in Special Education for fi ve years at Kew Cottages Special School. While maintaining a practice and caring for his two children, Mark lectured at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne for 14 years, completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Qualitative Research and conducted formal research into Rescue RemedyTM at Victoria University. He has published six books on natural therapies, and completed his Master of Social Science (Counselling) at Swinburne University, where his placement experience was as a family counsellor and co-facilitator of mindfulness meditation groups as part of the Geelong Hospital Chronic Pain Management programme. He also completed a Stillness 178 Emotion Healed & Harnessed Meditation Therapy teacher training course. Mark's naturopathic 'tools of trade' are drawn from multiple health modalities in which he has expertise, including homeopathy, flower essence therapy, herbal medicine, iridology, counselling, psychotherapy and emotion-focused therapy, and meditation therapy. Over the years he has treated thousands of clients with many different health issues, and with much success.
