Marion FestingMarion Festing is Professor of Human Resource Management and Intercultural Leadership at ESCP Business School’s Berlin campus and is the holder of Renault Chair of Intercultural Management. She founded ESCP's Talent Management Institute in 2014 and te Excellence Centre for Intercultural Management, Diversity and Inclusion in 2016 and was the former European Dean of Research at the business school and the Rector/Dean of the Berlin campus. She established ESCP's Female Leadership Program, has contributed to a MOOC on Intercultural Management and co-developed the award winning Serious Game Series 'Moving Tomorrow – A Cultural Journey' focusing on intercultural management, diversity and inclusion. Marion has co-authored and edited a number of books, including a monograph on Strategic International Human Resource Management (Strategisches Internationales Personalmanagement, 2nd edition) and a co-authored text on International Human Resource Management (Internationales Personalmanagement, 3rd edition). She has also written or co-authored over 100 book chapters and journal articles. She is Co-Editor-in-Chief of the German Journal of Human Resource Management and serves as the chairperson of the section ‘Human Resource Management’ (Kommission Personal) in the German Academic Association of Business Research (VHB).
