Malgorzata PankowskaMalgorzata Pankowska received a MSc degree in management science (1981), a PhD in management science (1988), and a degree in habilitation, all from from the University of Economics, Katowice, Poland. Dr. Pankowska is a lecturer, in the Department of nformation Systems at the University of Economics (Katowice, Poland) and has held research fellowships at Carleton University, (Canada) and University of Luton, (UK).
