Magd Abdel WahabDr. Magd Abdel Wahab is currently working as a Professor and chair of the Department of Applied Mechanics at Ghent University Belgium. Dr. Wahab is also the adjunct professor of several universities including Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam, Duy Ta University, Vietnam, HUTECH University, Vietnam and Nanjing Tech University, China. Dr. Wahab has authored several books including Mechanics of Adhesives in Composite and Metal Joints, Finite Elements in Fracture Mechanics and Dynamics and Vibration: An Introduction. He has been actively involved in teaching and research in the areas of advanced finite element analysis, multi-scale analysis, fretting fatigue and wear, automotive and aerospace applications, mechanical and vibrating systems and civil engineering constructions.
