Maci SmithersMaci is a three-time author. At the age of eight, she told her dad, author Jason Smithers, that she wanted to write and illustrate a book. Her parents explained to her that if she did every single part of the process (storyboarding, writing, illustraing, page layout, choosing fonts, etc.), then they would guide her through the process. She finished the process in 3-4 months with her first picture book titled Maci and Addie's Fairy Adventure, followed by her second picture book The Portal.
