M Eric Runesson
Eric M. Runesson (born 1960) studied law at Stockholm University and at Harvard Law School. He obtained his Doctorate in Law (J.S.D, LL.D.) in 1996 based on a thesis on construction of incomplete contracts. He was appointed associate profesor of the Stockholm School of Economics in 2000 and served as professor adjunct at the University of Lund between 2003 and 2008. He combines his academic activities with practice as attorney. He has been partner of the lawfirm Sandart & Partners since 1993. He specialises in commercial arbitration, distribution contracts and licensing. As of 2013 he serves as board member of the Swedish Bar Association. He is author of numerous articles and books on contract law, dispute resolution and negotiation.
