He worked with the team during their recent glory years, 1998-2005, and he was with the Yankees during World Series games in 1998-2001, and 2003 (three championships). Luis raveled on the road with them, went to spring training with them, and even vacationed with them. In fact, Luis is the most experienced and savvy Yankees bat boy and clubhouse attendant, with players welcoming him into their lives as if he were a part of their family.
