He currently teaches a wide-range of classes in he fields of theology, Biblical studies, management and leadership. He has taught at 5 different universities and a seminary as a Full-Time and an Adjunct Professor. Writing for both Christian and secular publications, in 2013, Dr. Ruiz published "Pride's Consequences & Humility's Blessings". In 2019, he published a peerreviewed article in the renowned International Journal of Management & Decision Making. Outside of teaching and ministry, he has 25 years of domestic & international corporate leadership experience working for several Fortune 100 companies in the fields of sales management, marketing strategy and market analytics.
