Louis Jinot BelleLouis Jinot Belle is an academic in education and educational leadership and management at the Open University of Mauritius. His research interests include educational leadership and management, online teaching and learning, innovative pedagogies andopen and distance education practices. He has published dozens of academic papers in these areas in high impact internationally peer reviewed journals. He is also a reviewer of several scholarly journals. Dr. Belle was awarded his D.Ed in Educational Management at the University of South Africa, his MA in Online and Distance Education at the Open University of UK, his M.Sc in Applied Economics at the University of Mauritius, and his MBA at the Edinburgh Business School of the Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.
