Loretta GrayProfessor Emerita at Central Washington University, Loretta Gray, has a PhD in applied linguistics and master's degrees in Spanish and Teaching English as a Second Language. Along with her work on the HARBRACE HANDBOOKS, she is the author of ENGLISH ERBS and co-author of UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH GRAMMAR and RHETORICAL GRAMMAR: GRAMMATICAL CHOICES, RHETORICAL EFFECTS.
