Lisa L PhillipsLisa Phillips, children's book author, has what some would call a very unique dog. Her name is Cilla, but she was dubbed FisherDawg early on in life. FisherDawg loves anything and everything to do with the sea so the duo can often be found hanging ou by the shore. FisherDawg went a little overboard this summer (several times, in fact) and her antics were the inspiration behind Lisa's latest book series. Lisa believes, "There is so much beauty in life. If you just open your eyes and your imagination, you will see the magic." She loves her volunteer work with children and is honored to share FisherDawg's antics through this series' storyline and captivating photographs. Lisa resides in Gloucester, Massachusetts, which is part of a charming seaside community called Cape Ann. She has two grown children and a lovely granddaughter who is the apple of her eye.
