Linbing Wang Dr. Linbing Wang (Blacksburg, VA) is well respected in his research on asphalt mechanics. He is a member of the FHWA Expert Task Group on Fundamental Properties and Advanced Modeling of Asphalt and has been selected to serve on several NCHRP (Natonal Cooperative Highway Research Program) panels for asphalt projects.
