Lin Heng Lye
Lin Heng LYE studied law at the University of Singapore and has Masters' degrees in law from King's College, University of London and Harvard University. She is an Associate Professor of Law at the Law Faculty, National University of Singapore whee she is Director of the Faculty's Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law and teaches courses on environmental law and property law. She chairs the University's multidisciplinary Master of Science programme on Environmental Management (MEM), hosted by the School of Design and Environment. She is Visiting Associate Professor at the Yale University's School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She is Vice-Chair of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law and former co-chair of its Teaching and Capacity- Building Committee. She has written on environmental law in Singapore and the ASEAN region and serves on various committees in Singapore relating to environmental matters.
