His research interests are focused on cyber-physical systems, human–robot collaborations, and adaptive manufacturing systems. He is the Editor-in?Chief of the Internationa Journal of Manufacturing Research, the Journal of Manufacturing Systems, and Robotics and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing.
