Leslie BuddLeslie Budd is Reader in Social Enterprise in the Centre for Public Leadership and Social Enterprise (PULSE) at The Open University Business School. He is also a member of the cross-faculty research centre, The Centre for Innovation Knowledge and Devlopment (IKD).
